Appointment Time: 15 minutes.

Jurats (Oaths and Affirmations)
Price: $10 per notarized signature (Florida statutory fee), plus $35 mobile service fee.
Appointment Time: 10 minutes.
The signer swears the document’s contents are true. Used for affidavits, sworn statements, and legal filings.
Certified Copies
Price: $10 per copy certification (Florida statutory fee), plus $35 mobile service fee.
Appointment Time: 10 minutes.
State-approved certification for certain types of documents, such as educational records, identification, and transactional documents.
Power of Attorney (POA) Notarization
Price: $10 per notarized signature (Florida statutory fee) plus $35 mobile service fee.
Appointment Time: 30 minutes.
Ensures proper execution of medical or financial POAs; respectful and patient service for families.
Wills and Trusts
Price: $10 per notarized signature (Florida statutory fee), plus $35 mobile service fee.
Appointment Time: 45 minutes.
Estate documents often involve multiple signatures and witnesses; handled with precision and professionalism.
Hospital, Nursing Home and Assisted Living Notary
Price: $10 per notarized signature (Florida statutory fee), plus $35 mobile service fee, and a $20 facility fee.
Appointment Time: 1 hour
Compassionate, patient service for medical or end-of-life documents.
Mobile Service Fee
A $35 fee added to the notary service to cover travel expenses.
Facility Fee
A $20 convenience fee due to the extra time, coordination, and special access that hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities may require.
